I make use of fibs, pattern recognition and visual support and resistance to help devise a realistic trade plan. I hope you enjoy the video!! David Pegler

Defining a range on currency pairs like the USD/CHF and the EUR/USD was helpful in reinforcing a conservative trader's decision to not trade most of the major currency pairs. With the exception of some residual British pound weakness, the currency market was predominately defined by consolidation during today's New York session.

The EUR/USD reached the daily R2 pivot point in early London session trading. A series of lower highs and higher lows over the next four hours set the stage for a triangle breakout. Those traders who entered a short trade on the re-test of the triangle support line, then exited at an overlap of a psychological level and a trendline, realized a profit of 200 pips.
